As Senior Manager of Business Development at the CIFDAQ Blockchain Ecosystem, I led the BD and Sales teams to successfully launch CIFD, the native cryptocurrency of CIFDAQ’s Layer 1 blockchain network. Under my leadership, CIFD achieved seamless listings on CEX and DEX exchanges, integrated with Crypto On/Off Ramps, and established adoption as a payment mode across diverse industries, including hospitality, aviation, healthcare, and NFT marketplaces. Working directly with CIFDAQ’s Chairman and Founder, I managed the entire sales lifecycle, from strategic planning and client acquisition to negotiation and onboarding, consistently exceeding growth targets.

Prior to CIFDAQ, I headed the BD & Sales division at MindDeft Technologies, where I spearheaded enterprise business sales for blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, Tron, Hedera Hashgraph, and Multichain. I specialized in developing DeFi solutions and smart contract integration for industries including banking, supply chain, healthcare, e-gaming, and e-commerce. I also led successful Web3 partnership campaigns that expanded MindDeft’s market presence and secured high-value partnerships with C-suite executives worldwide.

My career began at HashCash Consultants, where I managed BD and Sales operations for the BFSI vertical, reporting directly to Founder and CTO. I played a pivotal role in the global sales strategy for blockchain-driven DeFi solutions, including HC Remittance, PayBito (CEX), Trade Finance platforms, and the HC Payment Network. My efforts contributed to expanding HashCash’s global footprint and building robust networks of institutional clients.
