As Senior Manager of Business Development at MindDeft Technologies, a global blockchain development company, I was leading entire BD & Sales vertical. MindDeft Technologies, an Indian based, is a service-based company which provides end-to-end blockchain development on Ethereum, Binance Smart chain, Polygon, Solana, Hyperledger Fabric, Tron, Hedera Hash Graphs and Multichain platforms. My Job responsibilities included organizing demos, attending workshops, events and initiate written and verbal communication with MD and C+ level positions of various Industries including Bank & Fintech, Real estate, Supply & Logistic, Medical & Healthcare, E-Gaming, E – Sports and E-Commerce globally. I was responsible for End-to-End Enterprise business sales which include taking up client meetings set up by my team, educating benefits & use cases of blockchain technology, doing negotiations, getting legal contracts signed, and sending required project documents to clients. I also handled Web3 Partnership Campaigns for Minddeft Technologies. I have successfully created an excellent track record of building new business, forging strong relationships with clients, developing partnerships and increasing company revenue through innovative and creative strategies. I had even worked with Hashcash Consultants which is the blockchain ecosytem and was leading entire BD and Sales department for Banking and fintech vertical. Hashcash has line of products built on their own blockchain network for BFSI industry such as Paybito a crypto currency exchnage which is running live  in market, trade finance, decentralised KYC, HC Remit and more.  

I am currently looking for Blockchain ecosystem or end to end Blockchain development company as I am passionate about blockchain. I would like to work in challenging role in sales vertical.
