Prepare mockups, diagrams, Q&A to support clarification of the requirement, Gather business requirement from PO, Work with designers to make sure the UI/UX sufficiently represent the functional requirement and also user friendly, Document the system requirements under the form of use cases in an SRS: Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Workflow, data flow, wireframe, screen descriptions, rules, feature list, APIspecifications, Q&A list, Create user stories for tracking on Jira, make sure the stories are aligned with the requirements mentioned in the SRS and get approval from PO, Perform requirement refinement/grooming with stakeholders, Transfer requirement to Dev/Test, Support Dev/Test during development phase, Perform sprint demos at the end of each sprint, Support System integration testing, Support User acceptance testing, Risk/Issue tracking.

Create Project plans & manage the project, making sure the milestones and objectives are met, Manage project risks and issues, Create & manage staffing plans for project staff, Work with the Head of Department and Account manager to ensure the work quality and work productivity matches the service level agreement, Manage Helpdesk team members to ensure productivity and efficiency in delivering solutions to Q&As, Host workshops to collect and clarify requirements from end user to develop new functions and provide fixes to defects of existing functions, Document the system requirements under the form of: Use case diagrams, Activity diagrams, Workflow, data flow, wireframe, screen descriptions, rules, feature list, Create development tickets and log on internal tracking system, Support Dev/Test during development phase, Prepare user manuals, Support rollout/Provide user training, Manage master data in Dynamics AX.
