Throughout my career at Telstra, I have had some incredible experiences. I've made tough decisions along the way to drive success for myself and the customers I have managed over the years.

I started as an account manager in sales at Telstra in 2008. During my time in sales, I was awarded one of the highest achievements for exceeding my goals. This recognition earned me a week-long trip to Hawaii. After some time, I decided to take on a new challenge—one that better aligned with my passion for service. I transitioned into service delivery, where I gained hands-on experience in resolving issues and building customer relationships. To date, I’ve been with the company for 17 years, and I feel it’s time for a new challenge.

As a passionate gamer with deep involvement in cryptocurrency projects such as Web3 gaming and other blockchain initiatives, I am eager to pursue this space more seriously through a new career path.

In 2023, I joined a Web3 gaming company called Soulbound for nine months, where I developed marketing content and conducted research to drive interest while keeping the community informed about upcoming events and new Web3 games. I was also involved in global VC discussions on business direction and strategy for the future of Soulbound. During my time there, I thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in the space and serving as a moderator in the community Discord.

After my time with Soulbound, I was drawn to a particular Web3 game, Phantom Galaxies. I have been a community moderator for this game since 2023 and continue to support it. I have confidence in the Australian-based studio developing the game, Blowfish Studios.

What I'm looking for now is a role more tailored to a career in the Web3 space, perhaps as a Community Manager or in a more senior strategic position, where I can effectively utilize my service management and community moderation skills to drive success for the project I choose to work with.
