Modernized a customer-facing subscription management web application supporting eight-figure annual recurring revenue. Improved UX consistency and maintainability across the membership experience. Implemented sitewide responsive design across customer-facing pages. Designed and delivered a reusable light/dark theming system used across customer-facing components. Supported cross-functional teams via a proprietary ticketing system, handling backup/recovery, account management, configuration management, and production troubleshooting. Modernized legacy Delphi reporting logic into a single-page web application, translating business rules into maintainable C# code and UI workflows.
