Automate the manual inputting of agent memos in voice conversation data which is estimated to save ~10 seconds in CRT or roughly ~$15M in annual EBITDA when considering T-Mobile’s recent acquisition of Sprint and the integration of Sprint’s customer care volume. Served as part of a team supporting Howard Schultz, the former CEO of Starbucks, potential run for President of the United States by leveraging AI best practices informing ad spend, donation solicitation and volunteerism.
