As a seasoned product manager and architect with hands-on technology experience and natural customer empathy I combine multiple years in customer facing IT together with Web3/AI enthusiasm. 

Having "people-first" approach as a main principle, in a manager role I prefer to mentor and delegate tasks to my team so colleagues always have an opportunity to not only experiment, rise and shine but also take associated accountability which is the frightening but the only way to grow both personally and professionally. In parallel I always keep scope of work under tied control so that team's health is staying consistent enabling them to deliver in time. 

Despite multiple years in engineering and architecture I always track market trends and keep my practical IT experience fresh for modern technologies so that I understand my technical stakeholders and perform adequate decision making.
