Main Skills:
- Product Strategy: Created several successful product strategies that led product launches to open a new business line, increase user acquisition and retention. Published white papers to onboard users and stakeholders. (AARRR framework)
- User Experience: From user’s feedback and research, designed and deployed MVPs to test assumptions and business opportunities. Acquired extensive experience in fast prototyping and wireframing to de-risk new products.
- Team Leadership: Played an active role in the hiring of new coworkers and consultants and led 3 cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, marketers). Always maintaining a high-level of collaboration and communication with all departments to align and execute the product strategy. Contributed to defining and deploying company culture and processes.
