Dear Hiring Manager,

 

I am excited to apply for the Customer Support position in the Web 3.0 industry. 

While I am relatively new to this field professionally, I have a deep-rooted interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, particularly Bitcoin, which I have been studying extensively for several years.

This self-directed learning has given me a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain and its applications within Web 3.0.

My educational background in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Physics Technology has provided me with strong technical skills that I believe are well-suited to this role.

My experiences in experimental physics, gained through internships and thesis work at Fraunhofer CPS, have honed my analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.

Although I may lack direct experience in customer support within the Web 3.0 industry, I am eager to leverage my technical background, combined with my knowledge of blockchain technology, to effectively assist and engage with users. 

I am confident in my ability to quickly adapt and contribute positively to your team.

I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to bring my skills and enthusiasm for blockchain technology to your organization.
