Hello members of the global tech community! I am Stella, a seasoned professional with a strong passion for technology. I've had the privilege of exploring various regions, including Europe, the UK, and Japan, and I've now found a home in sunny Sydney, Australia.

My career journey began in finance, where I gained valuable experience in sales and trade support in London.

After moving to Sydney I soon realized that the technology field held a stronger allure for me, and I made the decision to transition into this exciting domain.

Equinix took a chance on me despite my limited technical background. Starting in customer success, I quickly progressed through the ranks, excelling in corporate sales, and later delving into partner sales. These experiences have shaped my professional growth. Particularly the partnership and channel space plays to my strength of networking, building strong and strategic relationships. 

After spending five years in the corporate world, I reached a point where I was ready for more adventure and autonomy. As a result, I embraced the rollercoaster world of start-ups and scale-ups, currently am a Partnerships Director at FinTech start-up. 

In my private time my interest lies in the fascinating realms of Web3, Crypto, and AI. 

To be transparent, I am still in the early stages of developing expertise and building a network within the Web3 space. However, my commitment to personal growth has led me to offer my extensive sales and customer service skills to companies in need of support. Financial rewards are not my primary driver at this stage of my career; instead, I am motivated by acquiring knowledge, practical experience, and making a meaningful impact in this transformative field.

It is important to note my preference for a work environment that offers substantial autonomy. I am an independent individual with a strong sense of self-discipline and excellent time management skills. Remote work arrangements align particularly well with my work style.
