Hired to expand an Engineering team, build a new eCommerce system, & build out the Product, UX, & Project disciplines within the company. Transformed and released several new applications, including Xyngular's new shopping system based on BigCommerce (A first for a Direct Sales Company with +50M in yearly revenue to cut over and use BigCommerce). Mentored Product and Program Managers and created a hiring pipeline for new talent within the company through outreach to services teams.

Created and taught 3 Project Management Classes: Project Management - Foundational to Advanced Project Management Skills and Techniques. Project Management in Practice - Hands-on Project Management with student projects from other classes to translate skills from the Project Management class into practical applications. Iterative Project Management - With a foundation established in Project Management or Engineering, this course covered foundational aspects of working in the various agile methods and how to apply Project Management Principles. Created and taught the Strategic Planning Course.

Successfully lead enterprise-wide initiatives through a multi-year program to build out Alianza’s next-gen platform. Built out the initial product and program teams. Establishing norms and best practices as well as mentoring both groups. Shared responsibility as Engineering Lead with the CTO for three years until we grew to needing an Engineering Director.

Taught the PMI-ACP prep course to Project Management Professionals. Consulted for companies that hired BYU Professional consultants to help with their businesses to improve processes and workflows throughout their organizations and train their staff on Project Management principles.

Led the Marketing Delivery Team in IT. This team worked on all digital properties relating to shopping, signup, & business analytics and reports for Xyngular's distributors in 34 countries. Created a new custom distributor signup service that replaced a legacy vendor and allowed XANGO to provide a uniform experience to all its markets. Launched a new revamped XANGO corporate site built on the Drupal CMS that was also expanded to all international markets. Led and facilitated the IT PMO team.

Managed the Customer Success Team and a Technical Support Team. Project Manager for Customer Success and Customer Service Teams. Scrum Master / Product Owner for bug resolution engineering team. EHR Template Product Analyst - Designed and built out new templates by Medical Specialty for intake of new patients as well as appointment notes and diagnosis.

Managed a support team of around 15 reps that answered inbound calls for Dentrix's Electronic Claims and Billing Application. Trained all new hires on Dentrix systems (Dentrix, EZ Dental, and Eclaims/EBilling). Trained University Dental Clinics around the US on the Dentrix Enterprise application. Product Analyst for Dentrix Enterprise application which was specific to large multi-practice companies, Armed Forces clinics, Indian Reservation clinics, & Dental Universities.
