Learning and enablement specialist with 15+ years designing curriculum, onboarding systems, and training frameworks that actually change behaviour. My process starts with a needs analysis and works backwards from the outcome. What does this person need to do differently? That question drives everything I build.
I led K-12 curriculum design for 500+ students at an international school in Kuala Lumpur, managed a team of 8+ educators, and coordinated a full transition from in-person to online delivery in 2 weeks during COVID. Since then I have built an MVP diagnostic and scoring framework from scratch at Will Connect, designed to identify execution gaps in online course environments and convert learning behaviour into actionable decisions.
I am a crypto native. Active trader in BTC and high-volatility assets, deep working knowledge of DeFi, wallets, trading psychology, and Web3 product ecosystems. I see a real gap in how Web3 companies handle learning design and user education. Most have the product knowledge. Very few have the pedagogical rigour to match it. That is the gap I fill.
