 I have a background in hospitality and completed my bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management. I am currently working as a coordinator with Camp Australia. Also, I have completed some of my short courses related to NDIS and some medical courses. I am on a level ahead with Microsoft office skills, presentation, hardware and software. I want to apply for this position because I am very habitual and programmed with better levels of administrative work and I am at my best when dealing with research and record keeping. I have led in these programs like quality support and undertaking commercial management control in my current working structure as a coordinator. Rather than that I am very good at critical thinking, reasonings, comfortable dealing with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and always have a feeling of serving the nation. I would also love to share my knowledge and background with the department as I am very good at adapting to the changes and inculcating my skills. I have completed my bachelor's degree in Nepal from Kathmandu University in bachelor's in hospitality and Tourism Management with 1st Division on Board. I also have worked in JW Marriott, Putrajaya Marriott Hotel and Resort as an intern which was part of my bachelor's degree. I was trained promptly in Front of the house during that six months where I covered mostly all the areas of operation and key elements to deal with the guest for the smooth operation of the business with receiving phone calls and queries. I was successfully able to find the subset during my experience where exactly my theoretical and practical knowledge meets, and the magic happens. Additionally, I am under a 491-visa status now and I can work for a full-time position and i am very thankful that I can now work for the disability and health care services with full support from my visa as well. As a very optimistic and versatile person, I always tend to help others and i have a good hospitality behavior with willingness to help which I think I can uphold with your organization. I have recently completed my disability certificate III from Oscar education in Sydney, also, I have completed my NDIS training and certificate as required. I am fully vaccinated against covid-19 and done my first-aid trainings. I would like to work with this organization because it has built a good rapport over these years and is a well-known company which trains and provides exceptional services with varieties. Administration is a very crucial sector where one must be very trained and mindful of doing things, as per my experience I have been working in this sector for more than a year now. Finally, i would like to apply with my experience and hope that i will get selected as i applied with my interest to work with one of the well-known organization in Darwin.
