Picante is a crypto-first portfolio and treasury management platform. Picante helped Web3 companies, DAOs and investors manage their crypto data. Owned product strategy, roadmap, and GTM from inception through acquisition. Monitored 150+ treasuries, $260m+ in assets, and $1.8bn in transaction activity.

TUK is a quick commerce company that provides on-demand services to its users including: transport, food delivery and package delivery. Expanded operations in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. Managed driver recruitment, training, schedules and incentive program for over 4,000 contractors. Led product development on consumer app, driver app, merchant app and internal tools. Improved pickup and delivery times by 63% by shipping a driver incentives program, and in-app workflow improvements. Worked on TUK from ideation to breakeven.

Zeroth.ai was an early-stage funding program for artificial intelligence and machine learning companies across Asia. Responsible for expansion into Japan and India. Ran operations across Hong Kong, India and Japan. Part of investment committee that invested into over 65 companies.

Sero.ai is a crop intelligence company that optimizes farm production and commodity sourcing with full-cycle data analytics. Designed and built a Farm Management System to track and log chemical usage, disease severity and spread, inventory management and communication tools. Interfaces included web dashboards and android apps. Led research and testing in the Mekong and Red River Delta, including farmers, agribusinesses and government. Designed and built an AI computer vision based disease detection tool, validated at up to ~98% accuracy on our test dataset with low false-positive rates. Designed and built computer vision tools to automatically tag points of interest and field boundaries in satellite imagery. Led team of software engineers and designers for product development.

Success Academy Charter Schools is the largest charter school operator in New York City. Led the organization’s transition from offsite technical consultants to in-house design and development teams. This resulted in lower costs and more predictable deliveries. Hired the majority of the new in-house software department - 34 employees - spread between 4 teams; Data Science, Automation (custom software development), Customer Service and Infrastructure (system administration and hardware). Managed product teams that worked on a variety of different products ranging from IT infrastructure and warehouse management, to workflow automation and front-facing tools used by school staff and the general public. Operating budget for the department was $20m per annum.

AI enhanced video management and distribution platform primarily used by academic institutions and private companies. Services included free video library, private accounts, iOS & Android native applications, and a multimedia AI search engine. Designed workflow and logic for both the public library and private accounts. Designed and implemented original server structure and maintenance scripts. Designed and implemented an automatic speech recognition (ASR) search engine to index spoken words and metadata. System supported English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin and more.
