Web3 Growth & Community Manager
Web3 Growth & Community Manager | Community Growth, KOL Outreach & User Acquisition
I'm a Web3 Growth & Community Manager with hands-on experience building, managing and scaling crypto communities across Telegram, Discord and X.
I've helped grow a community from zero to 13,400+ members within its first 60 days, contributing to growth to 70,000+ members overall. I've also coordinated outreach to 3,000+ KOLs and personally onboarded 600+ verified users.
My experience includes community management, user acquisition, KOL and influencer outreach, ambassador programs, Zealy campaigns, engagement strategies, content execution and community operations.
I can also help projects build their community infrastructure from the ground up, including Telegram and Discord setup, moderation and security bots such as Rose, welcome and onboarding systems, anti-spam protection, automated alerts, buy/trading bot configuration and other community workflows.
What I can bring to your project:
- Community building, moderation and retention
- Telegram, Discord and X management
- Bot setup, configuration and community automation
- KOL outreach, influencer relationships and ambassador support
- User acquisition and engagement campaigns
- Content planning, social media growth and community-led marketing
- Community operations, onboarding and support
I'm particularly interested in working with international Web3, blockchain, DeFi and crypto projects that need someone who can combine community operations with measurable growth.
