I have over 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry, where I developed strong skills in community operations and user engagement. In my current role, I’ve been responsible for managing and activating user communities through both online and offline channels.
I’ve organized and executed various engagement programs such as community events, AMA sessions, and promotional campaigns, which helped increase user participation and brand awareness. I also act as the main point of contact for community members, handling feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Additionally, I focus on growing and maintaining active communities by using data-driven strategies—such as tracking user activity and optimizing campaigns—to improve retention and Monthly Active Users (MAU). My experience with platforms like Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp Business has also helped me build strong, interactive communities, especially in Web3-related environments.
