Leading an 8-person IT team in remote application development and enhancement. Responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of three major applications: Mobile Lakeside F&B – Online food & beverage ordering application for customers, POS Lakeside F&B – Point of Sale system to process orders and payments in restaurants, Stock Lakeside – Restaurant raw material inventory and stock management application. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Contribute to the creation of financial management designs to improve system efficiency. Analyze and develop technology-based solutions for laboratory financial needs. Collaborate with team in research and management of financial data.

Develop and implement visual strategies to increase engagement on social media. Designing engaging and relevant visual content according to the target audience. Analyze content and campaign performance to optimize results.

Teaching Indonesian language and local culture to international students. Develop teaching methods tailored to student needs. Helping students understand language structure, vocabulary and pronunciation effectively.
