Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager
I am an MBA and FCCA and have over 12 years of experience with multinationals.
Currently, I am working in the Blockchain Industry as a Sr. Sales & Partnership Manager with a French company. My duties entail managing & enriching the current portfolio & bringing new accounts managing an annual portfolio of 6 Mil USD. I am responsible for identifying business opportunities keeping in view sales growth targets through sales and account level campaigns. I work with C-level clients to ensure smooth client onboarding & execution. I have been working with Payoneer as a Senior Regional Account Manager, managing a portfolio of current customers and also being responsible to onboard new customers through customer acquisition strategies. I have also worked with Telenor for six years where throughout my tenure I have driven B2B and B2C Customer Experience management through multiple channels & have extensive leadership experience.
My duties included managing the current portfolio, upselling and cross-selling, meeting potential customers, managing a team, being responsible for their KPI management, and ensuring growth in the accounts. Coaching and mentoring were integral parts of my role as a manager. I have been heading a team of account managers who make sure client retention, business development from new and existing accounts and are solely responsible for increased customer lifecycle management. I have negotiated with suppliers and prepared bid proposals as well. I have also worked on the agenda to carry out gap analysis, identify improvements, and put forth a solution that enhances customer experience, increases their loyalty towards the brand and its products, and ensuring that customers derive the maximum value from their investment which is ultimately beneficial for the organization.
Stakeholder management & working with cross-functional teams remotely or in-person i.e., product development, marketing & technology teams have been an integral part of my role where teams within the organization are taken on board to make use of customer insights collected from customer satisfaction surveys i.e., NPS & translate it into actionable items. Analytical skills and driving insights are other strong traits that I have practiced over the years and are my strengths.
