I run client-facing delivery for an international AI integrator and automation studio, and have spent close to six years in IT project and delivery management. My work sits where delivery meets the commercial side: scoping and pre-sales with prospects, owning the account through delivery with distributed teams and outsourcing/outstaff models, then growing it — most of my expansion work has come from clients who trusted the first delivery and asked what else we could take on. 

That combination isn't accidental. Before IT I spent 20+ years on the commercial side: sales and advertising management, about a decade in HVAC where I built a company from scratch in Ukraine, then headed two manufacturing plants and founded a recycling facility. I've carried a number, scoped and priced work, and negotiated with clients who had real money at stake — so I'm comfortable being the person in the room when the conversation turns from delivery to budget. 

I'm hands-on with what I sell and manage rather than coordinating around it — I run a self-hosted LLM stack on Linux and build my own automation tooling, which makes pre-sales conversations concrete instead of theoretical. 

I'm looking for a remote delivery or engagement management role that owns the client relationship end to end: pre-sales through delivery through account growth. Based in Valencia, Spain and registered as self-employed, so employment or contract both work — which usually solves the entity problem for companies that can't hire in Spain.
