I work at the intersection of digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and regulated financial services, focusing on how emerging technologies such as blockchain and tokenization can support new financial and operational models.
My background spans more than a decade across financial services and enterprise technology. Earlier in my career, as a Salesforce consultant, I worked on large-scale regulatory and technology transformation programmes within Tier-1 financial institutions, covering areas such as AML, KYC, and MiFID II. More recently my work has focused on blockchain initiatives exploring tokenization, digital asset infrastructure, and enterprise adoption across financial services and public sector environments.
I’m particularly interested in the practical side of blockchain adoption, how institutions, technology providers, and blockchain ecosystems come together to create real-world applications. Much of my work sits at the intersection of innovation, regulation, and enterprise implementation.
Beyond my professional work, I’m actively involved in the blockchain community. I co-lead Women in Blockchain Talks Barcelona, regularly participate in industry events, and enjoy connecting with people who are building the future of digital finance.

Enterprise Asset Tokenization & Blockchain Solutions Lead
SettleMint 2024 - 2025
Led institutional blockchain solution design for tokenization PoC programmes across capital markets and public-sector environments, aligning regulatory, operational, and technology stakeholders. Designed and delivered PoCs on SettleMint's Digital Asset Lifecycle Platform (DALP), leveraging EVM-based networks including Hyperledger Besu and Avalanche as well as private blockchain infrastructure. Conducted structured discovery and PoC scoping with asset managers and financial institutions, mapping securities and fund lifecycle events (issuance, transfer, redemption, corporate actions) to tokenized models. Managed the EMEA sales pipeline against an annual deal target of EUR 1.5M across financial services, real estate, precious metals, and supply chain verticals. Supported complex RFP/RFI processes for enterprise and sovereign digital asset programmes.

Delivered global, regulatory-driven Salesforce programmes across AML, Anti-Financial Crime (AFC), and MiFID II, impacting compliance with regulations across 15 countries. Managed on and offshore developer teams; engaged senior stakeholders from Customer Due Diligence and Anti-Financial Crime departments to gather requirements, document process flows, and architect solutions ensuring the Salesforce platform remained compliant with policy regulations. Collaborated closely with stakeholders to produce yearly delivery roadmaps aligned to evolving legislative requirements. Averaged nine releases per year on complex, rapidly changing programmes driven by shifting legal and regulatory mandates. Acted as Scrum Master, managing sprints in an Agile fashion within Jira across multi-jurisdiction delivery teams.

Ran client workshops, managed on/offshore developer teams, and owned SIT/UAT, release notes, and full Agile delivery cycle.
