Collaborated with a dynamic team to refine the design of a mobile app, focusing on user journeys and flows. I conducted user testing to gather actionable feedback and integrated findings into the design process. I worked closely with the principal developer and stakeholders to align increased design requirements with current app development and shipping, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience.

Led the redesign of multiple areas of the website. This required collaboration with front and back end developers, seo, content teams and website managers, all whilst managing multiple stakeholders. During each project I was able to use analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to ensure a user-centered approach has been put forward. I confidently created wireframes (both mid and high fidelity), tested my interactive prototypes, assisted user testing sessions and ensured web accessibility standards (WCAG) are met across all devices. Creating designs that were mobile first was imperative for this role, as 64% of our users accessed the website via mobile.

Led the creation of a mobile application. I delivered business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, analysing research and feedback to define features, then created user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, user testing after.

Worked on a one-way video interviewing web application, consisting of user research, ideating ideas, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborated remotely with a team of global designers, problem-solving, reaching solutions and meeting requirements using regular communication and teamwork to produce an end-to-end experience.
