January 2023 - Present [EBC8 and EBC9 edition]

Partnerships [EBC8 & EBC9]

• Led industry research to identify key distribution partners and set +150 agreements with media and relevant professional associations across the two editions. Design, organize, and create industry databases.
• Provide content and coordinate multi-channel event coverage from our distribution partners. (+ 85% publications from EBC8 to EBC9 with -15% partners agreement)
• Started and led the conversations for a long-term partnership with Generalitat de Catalunya and CBCat.

1:1 Meetings, Project Manager [EBC8 & EBC9]

• Plan, design and coordinate the 1:1 meeting service for +60 sponsors across the two editions. Providing meeting proposals according to their business objectives.
• Coordinate +1,200 requests to secure +400 on-site meetings with a successful rate of 70%.
• Create a control system for event staff and after-event complimentary service if needed. 

Content, Speakers & Agenda [EBC9]

• Industry mapping to identify the buy/sell side, detect emerging trends and collaborations in the industry.
• Selection, reach out, and coordination of +200 speakers.
• Define the conference topics, panel discussions, and speakers for 30 hours of live content distributed in 2 stages during 2 days. 

Operations, Networking app & Registration [EBC9]

• Research, negotiate, and select the networking app provider. Direct coordination with their team.
• Design the app content and its functionalities. Coordinate with the team to incorporate all the information.
• Plan the registration process for +4,000 attendees at 3 different registration venues in 2 days.
