I worked for and with iconic cultural organizations from global youth publishers such as Vice and VIRTUE, where I helped brands like Coca-Cola connect with youth audiences worldwide through digital and physical activations and experiences, and MASH, a cultural effectiveness company where I helped brands like Netflix enter conversations and reach audiences across Asia Pacific.

- Spearheading the creative vision and strategy for content that resonates with the Indonesian youth and broader audiences and creating ideas that intimately collaborate with many communities. - Understanding and integrating Indonesia's unique cultural, social, and media landscape into Vice's distinctive storytelling and journalistic approach. - Lead and inspire a team of in-house and freelance creatives, ensuring that all content_-from documentaries to articles and multimedia projects- is innovative, engaging, and authentically represents the diverse perspectives and issues relevant to Indonesian and APAC society. - Collaborate with global teams to align with Vice's overall brand while tailoring content and campaigns to captivate the Indonesian and APAC markets, fostering a dialogue between local market narratives and global trends. Impact: - Helped build VICE Indonesia's creative department from one person to a team of in-house designers, illustrators, and animators and built a long list of qualified young local freelance creative networks for the company to tap into for specific projects. Producing cutting-edge campaign ideas and various visual elements for brand campaigns, animated videos, documentaries, and experiential efforts. - Growing the VICE Indonesia presence in all digital channels to over 500,000 subscribers on YouTube and over 1 Million followers on Instagram and Tiktok in a span of three years.
