At Plena Finance Digital LLC, I serve as external legal counsel, advising on the global regulatory positioning and expansion of its DeFi and crypto infrastructure. I draft jurisdiction-specific legal opinions for the launch of Plena’s blockchain app across 50 countries, ensuring compliance with local laws for App Store and Google Play deployment. I advise on FATF-aligned DeFi structuring, staking frameworks, and tokenized asset offerings, and support major investment rounds by drafting and executing multiple SAFEs and SAFTs with coin developers. I lead end-to-end civil litigation proceedings in Dubai relating to a marketing dispute, including suit drafting, procedural management, and local counsel coordination. Additionally, I structure global entity formations, review TPAs and website policies for GDPR and CCPA alignment, and issue legal opinions on smart contract rollouts and non-custodial wallet operations. I also direct reputation management initiatives through platform takedown notices and advise on digital marketing compliance for crypto promotions in regulated jurisdictions.

During my time at Ecclesia, I advised clients in the crypto, fintech, and Web3 space on high-stakes matters, including ICO structuring, VASP licensing, regulatory strategy, and cross-border commercial litigation. I oversaw end-to-end incorporation and licensing of entities in Dubai (DMCC), Singapore, Switzerland, and BVI. I also handled M&A transactions, drafted SAFEs and SAFTs, and executed platform listing strategies. I represented clients before Dubai Courts and the Competition Commission of India, and advised on GDPR/CCPA compliance, ICO whitepapers, influencer contracts, and cross-platform legal opinions.
