I am a Growth Marketing Manager with expertise in performance marketing, ASO, paid ads, and data analytics. With a Master’s in Economic Policy from Masaryk University and international study experience at Universidad de Cantabria, I combine analytical thinking with creative strategy to drive measurable growth.

At Alda Games, I manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Unity, AppLovin, and Mintegral. I also lead a team of motion designers and graphic artists, aligning ASO strategies and producing high-performing creatives for campaigns. Alongside execution, I conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our campaigns remain ahead of industry benchmarks. By leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Gemini, Sora), I automate workflows, accelerate creative testing, and enhance decision-making.

Previously, I contributed to behavioural research at the Slovak Ministry of Health and supported business, academia partnerships at SARIO, building a foundation in data-driven policy, strategy, and collaboration.

I am passionate about AI in marketing, fintech, and crypto innovations, areas where I see technology transforming industries. Outside of work, I recharge by exploring mountain landscapes and staying inspired by nature.
