Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and working operational knowledge of Genesys Management Framework, Genesys eServices, Genesys Administrator/GAX. Building and maintenance of test environments/labs for troubleshooting and testing. Preparation of training programs and training materials for internal staff and customers. Preparing various types of presentations for business units
