I led a team of 8 people to resolve and report formal and informal complaints in accordance with the legislation. I developed corrective and preventive action plans by conducting annual complaint analysis and improved customer experience. I conducted end-to-end process design, KPI analysis and system development studies. For 1 year, I worked as a Call Center manager and led reporting and technical improvement projects. I prepared the analysis and documentation of software systems within the scope of CRM transformation studies. I automated manual reporting in commercial quality management processes, created ISO 10002 documentation and participated in audits.

I managed supply continuity, technical and commercial quality operations in line with the regulations of the Electricity Market and Regulatory Authority. I managed bug detection, correction and training processes in 12 different regions in software development projects. I coordinated insurance follow-up processes (All Risk, 3rd Party, Employer Financial Liability).

I managed the follow-up and collection processes of various receivable categories (General Lighting, Loss and Leakage, System Utilization, Fault) of the electricity distribution company. I coordinated a 120-person field team and a 6-person central collection team. I supported system development projects by designing, implementing and reporting processes.

With a 50-person mobile team, I carried out field electricity leak detection and screening activities. I coordinated field implementation processes and customer interviews within the scope of the OSOS (Automatic Meter Reading System) project.

I carried out road lighting, grounding and infrastructure works in THYA.O vehicle cargo park and apron access road projects. I took part in the installation of transformer building and SCADA system integration in DHMI (State Airports Authority) Atatürk Airport infrastructure projects.

I worked on DHMI Atatürk (State Airports Authority) 06/24 runway repair and CAT III (ICAO) lighting systems projects. I prepared as-built documentation for the installation of remote control systems, SCADA integration and field applications in international projects (ADB Airfield Solutions). I carried out the installation of remote controllable transformer stations, SCADA integration and related cable infrastructure works.
