Analyzed technical and functional specifications for CRD products (CDS and CRDI) for submitting prices and best vendors to cover project needs. Created detailed documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications for several credit derivatives, error scenarios, contingency methodologies and a stakeholder-validated budget. Designed and validated TOMs with relevant stakeholders. Contributed to risk mitigation efforts by ensuring that implemented solutions addressed identified risks and adhered to stakeholder requirements.

Interviewing systems users for AS IS and TO BE process definition. Following agile methodology, establishing I.T deliverables via Jira user stories. Acting as operational liaison between different dev teams, users and product owners to satisfy all business needs for the banking app go-live. User acceptance testing strategy generation and Squad lead for process mining initiatives using Celonis. Creation of personalized reporting dashboards with Power BI for the different senior managers. Automation levels were tracked and monitored for each process, to assign process costs and direct decision making to decide which processes to automate further.

Analyzing infomemo produced by the bank to be acquired; revenue streams such as net interest income, fees, through a CAGR tree. Analysis of credit health, client portfolio, macroeconomic projections. Creation of 3 valuations – infomemo, our own expectations and the synergic value by balance sheet modeling.
