As a Java Backend Development Engineer at Huawei Cloud, I was primarily responsible for the backend development of an intelligent customer service agent, an international payment middleware platform, and an international marketing and customer operations platform. My role encompassed system design, core feature development, performance optimization, service deployment, and production operations, providing me with comprehensive experience in managing large-scale projects from initial development through to stability assurance. My work covered the construction of high-concurrency distributed systems, payment channel integration, intelligent payment routing, distributed transactions, automated reconciliation, flash-sale marketing events, and real-time data synchronization, as well as the development of intelligent customer service agents utilizing RAG, Elasticsearch, and LangGraph. Key achievements included optimizing payment reporting performance, implementing solutions for eventual message consistency, managing hot-key caching, and optimizing slow SQL queries and indexes, alongside handling on-call duties and production incident troubleshooting.
