Yary Ribero is a versatile Software Engineer with a strong technical experience on the back-end side, valuable international experience, a solid record as a team leader, and demostrable skills in software engineering management. Yary's professional career started in 2006 when, while still a student, he proactively undertook contracting jobs for small firms. His professors' appreciation for his dedication to his studies led to him being chosen as a course assistant and then receiving his first international-spanning job with the Department of Electronics where the power of a supercomputer and the models used to study interferences between processors' components needed the emerging web application capabilities to deliver a SaaS that allowed to use those powerful research tools remotely. Yary's career then progressed abroad and specialized in back-end development, first in England and then Germany. As Yary's experience grew, he moved towards the consulting industry. He continued his back-end development career in an Estonia-based consulting firm, where he became a lead developer and began to manage small teams (usually 5 people) on medium-term projects (6 months on average), solidifying his leadership and mentoring skills. After five years in the consulting industry, Yary was chosen as the next XRebel team lead, a unique opportunity to delve deeply into the Java workings and deal with dozens of different development frameworks in spotting the weaknesses of the approach taken by developers who make use of them. After this successful experience, Yary was promoted to management and assigned to a larger team, dealing with a more business-critical unit, IPLM Web, a software tool that helps engineers in the field of chip manufacturing manage their product life cycle. Yary's experience in the industry proved a deciding factor and guaranteed his continued success in the course of the next four years. Yary was born in northern Italy, close to France. He owns a Master's Degree in Software Engineering, currently lives in Estonia (having been there for the past nine years), and is a father of two: Margarita (girl, 5 years old) and Daniele (boy, 1 year old). He is an introspective person and his favorite hobbies are trekking and reading.
