Web3 Project Manager & Marketing

At the intersection of marketing, strategy, and execution, I design and lead Web3 projects that make sense — for users, for brands, and for the market.

After discovering the blockchain space nearly six years ago, I dove in and never left. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with leading French companies (Orange, Bouygues Telecom, FDJ, YSL, AMI Paris…), helping them understand, explore, and deploy Web3 innovations with real business impact.

At Doors3, I led full-cycle projects — from ideation to go-to-market — including NFT-based loyalty programs, tokenized experiences, storytelling, comms campaigns, and growth strategies. One highlight: the AMI Paris Mystery Box launch, awarded “Gold” at the Stratégies Grand Prix and recognized as a national best case.

I also co-created a blockchain evaluation framework with Wavestone & EPFL (technical + ESG metrics), co-authored a whitepaper on blockchain & telecom, and imagined activations mixing NFTs, metaverse, and token utility.

Outside of client work, I co-founded Web3 Society, a growing initiative gathering 1,000+ professionals through meetups, talks, and partnerships (Paris Blockchain Week, NFC Lisbon, Proof of Talk…).

I thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity, structure, and impact matter equally. I’m now looking to join a Web3-native company where marketing is not just a layer — but a lever for user engagement, growth, and long-term brand value.
