It's my pleasure to share that I am grateful to be the first Product Manager in the Cryptocurrency space in India. As ZebPay is the oldest Crypto Exchange in India and I am the first Product Manager joined in July 2016.

So it's more than 6 years and currently working as a Head of Product at ZebPay. I am fortunate to be a part of the growth story of the ZebPay from few thousand Users to more than 4 Million Users.

My Approach for Product Management:

1. Make the List
2. Prioritise the List
3. Do the List

Having said that my core expertise is User On-boarding, Compliance (Know Your Customer - KYC, Anti-Money Laundering - AML), Data Privacy (GDPR Implementation), Customer Experience, Tech-support, Product Analytics. 

Currently I am also learning about the Performance Marketing for the User Growth. As I believe that all these points are closely couples with each other for the success of the Product and the Community.

Have successfully managed few hundreds of Users per day to 60X Users per day with the help of technology to on-board the Customers.

This is by defining the Business Use-case related Mind-map, User journey mapping, Legal Team's approval, Wireframe, getting UI done by the Design team, Product development with Agile Methodology using Scrum framework.

Discussing different use-cases with the QA (Quality Assurance) Team and share the same with the development team. This is to get the best outcome in the first iteration only.

Giving Demo to the Customer Support Team, Preparing the demo material and repeat with their feedback and User's issues for the improved next iteration.

Successfully lead the implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Software for the transaction monitoring, User Transaction behaviour and if required then ask for the high-level of documents from the Users to adhere to the Compliance of Law of the Land.

The cherry on the cake is GDPR implementation while launching the Product in Europe. Effectively lead the GDPR implementation across all the departments within the Organisation.
