I've traded crypto futures since 2023, so I understand leverage, margin, liquidation, fees and KYC from the user's side. In 2025 I ran a trading-signal service for ~100 client accounts: onboarding clients, sending statistics, answering questions and writing a complete user guide. I also run a Russian-language crypto Telegram channel and answer subscribers' questions.
On the technical side I work with Python, REST APIs and WebSocket, which helps me reproduce issues and write clear bug reports instead of escalating everything.
