I am a business-focused Product and Banking professional with 8+ years of experience in the payments industry, specializing in B2B & B2C solutions, ecommerce, UI/UX design within a corporate setting. Being responsible for P&L, Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management, I have done problem solving, built and scaled teams for leading banks, financial institutions, fintech players, delivering innovative Digital Solutions, including solutions from Visa, Mastercard and UPI, covering Payment Products like Card Issuing, Local Transfers, QR Code Transactions, Mobile Banking Apps (iOS & Android), Internet Banking (Web Apps), E-Commerce Payment Acceptance, Invoice Solutions, Payment Gateways and Contactless Payments via Thales.

In 2021, I joined a US Fintech, where I built a Payment Gateway from scratch for high-risk merchants. This deepened my expertise in Payment Technologies, Tokenization, and Payment Compliance, ensuring secure transactions and adhering to Payment Data Standards (PCI-DSS) and regulations. I do requirement gathering, perform process analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, solutions architects, software engineers, and quality assurance (QA) team to ensure product delivery.

As a certified SAFe® 5.1 Agile Product Owner, SCRUM is my home. I stay updated on Payment Innovation trends, market demands, market opportunities, and evolving payment ecosystem. With a good understanding of software development principles, databases, digital technologies, enabling me to effectively perform requirement gathering, prioritize requirements, define and drive the product goals, product KPIs, product roadmap, and turn them into functional/business requirements for support functions and developers. I have successfully delivered projects, managed core business operations and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

In addition, I'm have a passion for exploring emerging technologies such as blockchain especially Ethereum protocol and its future, while learning about cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS to optimize solutions. Outside of work, I play poker, Lego technic sets, men's tennis, and pursuing financial technology. I am always up for an exciting opportunity in the MENA region, leveraging my expertise in Banking, Digital Payments, and other aspects of the Payment Industry.
