Led a team of 3 designers to create a user-friendly non-custodial Solana wallet, available across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. Defined a clear product vision and established key metrics for success, resulting in a 15% increase in successful stablecoin transfers after implementing data-driven design changes. Played an active role in shaping product strategy from the early stages, conceptualizing and validating innovative user flows for key features (onboarding, 'one-tap-earn,' and token sending). Utilized a data-driven approach, leveraging analytics to track user behavior and measure the impact of design iterations. Conducted extensive user research, including 100+ user interviews and usability testing sessions, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.

• Taught more than 200 students in 2 courses that dealt with web design and UX • In addition to lecturing and grading, I was responsible for creating the syllabus for these courses.
