I led the design of the dual-end architecture of App Engine and put it online, so that the client has the ability to quickly, efficiently and stably incubate new apps. I improved the overall R&D efficiency of the client, and was able to support the maintenance and iteration of all apps in the company (more than 20 on both ends) under the current conditions of extremely scarce manpower. I reviewed the performance of each role (set goals, track processes and get results), established a unified performance monitoring system, promoted the overall performance optimization of apps on all ends, and promoted the construction of a quality and efficiency system (R&D quality and efficiency data portrait), which is divided into unit test coverage before testing>=30%, code equivalent statistics, code circle complexity<20, technical debt statistics=0, number of bugs after testing, and number of thousand-equivalent bugs, number of bug reopens, number of online bugs after launch and other data to measure R&D quality and efficiency.

As the Topic project leader, lead Topic project iteration, requirement review, task splitting and allocation, technical review, app optimization, coordinate communication and organize meetings, etc.
