Recruitment officer mainly for the Direct Maintenance department at L&Q (recruiting trades/labour, supervisors, managers, back office staff). Point of contact for stakeholders/managers for recruitment within the Trust. Organise full recruitment campaigns β from sign off to planning, advertising, interviewing and employment offer. Responsible for up-keep of employment files β i.e. references, Proof of Right to Work and other documentation. Delivers recruitment training in the form of a 1 day course for managers.
