Launched Equilibrium Platform by managing a team of 24 devs, designers, and QAs with 6 products: Liquid DOT staking, Money market, Lending, Borrowing, Insurance, and Stableswap, that has attracted over 1,000,000 US Dollars TVL in the first months after launch. Conducted A/B testing, 1:1 interviews, and other experiments resulting in customer feedback, prioritizing product features, and driving growth. Managed Equilibrium Closed beta with 6K+ participants, and delivered a crowd loan campaign, resulting in the attraction of liquidity for the platform. Increased general platform retention by 80% compared to Genshiro.

Delivered risk underwriting products from the ground up (Dispatcher, Controller, Verifier, WFM, KIB) and launched Decision projects, resulting in 2K+ active users, and a north star metric increase of $3M+ of issued loans. Implemented the best Agile practices for 5 teams (more than 50 people in total), which resulted in increased team productivity by 25%.

Re-designed platform interface and CJM, which increased conversion by 20%, and attracted 20+ partner services. Developed a brand new top-selling service for the Q-Platform "broker gateway" by managing a team of 7 developers and 2 contractors, resulting in single API FIX-based interaction, which lead to two major B2B sales.
