Responsible for the workflow of the Sales Development Representative Team - Workflow getting more efficient (able to increase the KPI numbers from 60-70% to 95-110%). Was in charge of the partnership activities for Deall Career Mentoring Festival - Secured 150+ student organizations to promote the event. Was in charge in companies gained for Deall Career Fair 2023 - 16 top companies joined Deall's first Career Fair

Did the market and competitive analysis for the business. Did the quantitative and qualitative research regarding to the demand of the products. Planned the company's competitive strategy based on Competitive Profile Matrix, SWOT Analysis, IFE EFE Matrix, and QSPM Analysis together with the other division. Provided training to founders and evaluated the project monthly. Led the company's assessment using KPI based on each division's goals, peer review and also 360 review.
