Co-engineered B2B SaaS product offerings, directed and delivered over 10 decentralized identity PoCs and pilots. Fostered project processes and coordination among departments at gathering and clarification of requirements, specs, and tech feasibility between sales, product, design, and engineering which concluded a 50% increase in team productivity. Spearheaded the engineering team of 6 direct reports to steer the delivery of 24 ongoing projects happening in parallel. Planned, prepared and deployed 2 production releases for large enterprise customers. Provided core tech contribution to building an open initiative enabling trusted digital interactions in pharmaceutical supply chains which onboarded more than 10 companies. Achieved a successful ISO/IEC 27001 certification by clarifying, documenting and maintaining alignment of processes with the standard requirements of ISMS.

Obtained blockchain expertise including smart contract engineering in Solidity, and got certified as an Ethereum Developer after 3 months course. Designed and integrated 2 dApps for a secure digital asset management startup, leveraging Ethereum, Serverless NodeJS, React Native and Angular. Collaborated with 4 scrum teams on the integration of an enterprise workflow solution, by stacking a permissioned blockchain, and smart-contract logic with NodeJS micro-services, and ReactJS. Guided QA subordinates across teams and contributed to the engineering of 3 ConsenSys incubated startups and enterprise solutions.

Revamped legacy Ruby tests by migrating to the core technology C# which increased test stack maintainability by 80%. Designed and incorporated enhancements in various APIs resulting in an enlarged conversion of 30%. Pioneered emerging ML/AI tools by composing an innovative pilot which presented at the demo day to the whole company of 200 people. Trained 4 newcomers and present teammates which improved team efficiency by 50%.
