• Developed curriculum and delivered probability and statistics lectures to undergraduate students. • Facilitated a semester-long project where students picked their topic, collected data, performed analysis, and presented to their peers.

• Researched online learning tools that could diagnose students’ math abilities and create personalized interactive lessons that address their weaknesses. I evaluated 3 vendors and decided to implement Math Edge from IXL Learning. After 6-months of completing these lessons, students retook the diagnostic test and 88% improved their test scores. After our success, 3 other math teachers adopted the same tool. • Designed a new math curriculum that included project-based learning and the implementation of technology. This increased student engagement and improved homework completion rate from 70% to 92%. Most importantly, there was a 22% increase in the number of students that scored Proficient on their standardized test when compared to the previous year. • Increased student enrollment in the afterschool program by 50% compared to the previous year by designing a program that included extracurricular activities and fun supplemental learning.
