Led strategic planning, design, and engineering for Exiger’s risk management platform, delivering robust and scalable solutions. Conducted product, design, and technical assessments for MasterCard’s global loyalty platform, contributing to its successful deployment.

Oversaw the development and delivery of a Zero-to-1 community-based mobile app and cross-platform design for doTERRA’s eCommerce platforms. Introduced Agile methodologies, improving project estimation accuracy by 40% within three months and enhancing overall project delivery. Created and maintained product roadmaps, driving feature development and ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.

Successfully pitched and secured a £1M client in the healthcare sector, demonstrating strong client management and business development skills.
