Customer Support Representative

Responsible for all aspects of customer service, including managing the flow of new clients and promptly addressing issues raised by existing clients. Maintained customer loyalty and monitored the effectiveness of related products, achieving a leading position in the region.

From mid-2021 to the end of 2021, I served as Customer Service for BoringDAO, a cross-chain blockchain project. I provided comprehensive answers to customer inquiries about various aspects of the project, promptly reported issues, and addressed a series of client-related questions. In this role, I played a pivotal part in maintaining significant project traffic. Starting in 2022, I have been collaborating with partners and friends on web3 exploration projects, such as reading whitepapers and interacting with new initiatives like grass linea.
