Fractal is a platform-based publisher for blockchain games founded by Justin Kan (Twitch co-founder) & Robin Chan (Zynga). Devised and executed strategies to grow and retain an active user base, resulting in a 5x growth (20k to 100k users) on Discord within 8 months. Organized and hosted biweekly live events and monthly tournaments, increasing live attendance from 30 to 250 and tournament participation from 200 to 2000. Managed content creators partnerships across multiple countries, enhancing brand awareness and expanding the user base globally. Organized alpha-tests for game partners, increasing actionable bug reports from 20% to 90%, leveraging active community members to transform feedback quality. Led a team of 4 multilingual community moderators, ensuring an inclusive environment for users across diverse languages. Managed community platforms to facilitate meaningful interactions, discussions and provide support in multiple languages, fostering genuine connections that cultivated a loyal community.
