Responsible for platform business sales, customer communication, have certain Kol resources in web3 field, mainly concentrated in the Philippines and South Korea. Assisting the platform to hold large-scale online activities, currently participating in the market planning of 5+ online activities, with an average number of participating users of 50k+. good at looking for customers through a variety of Internet resources, including but not limited to Discord/Twitter/Telegram/Linkedin/Email/Offical Website

Responsible for handling pre-sales, in sales, and after-sales emails, handling customer return requests, complaints, and claims, providing professional after-sales service to solve customer problems and improve customer experience. Proficient in timely collecting user feedback to help the company continuously optimize, improve its products and enhance its visibility. Familiar with Shopify platform rules, understand the operational processes and business models of cross-border e-commerce, good at company brand promotion

Responsible for teaching English at various stages of K12, including international elementary school, middle school, and high school students, with a total of 100+tutoring students. Skilled in flexibly adjusting teaching methods to attract student interest, won the Best Classroom Design Teacher and Best Lecture Design Award. Proficient in extracting and organizing knowledge, independently summarizing learning materials and distributing them to students, improving their learning efficiency, and receiving high recognition from students.
