• Led the development and implementation of new APIs, including QwikWallet and Bulk Generic Transactions for existing product applications Qwikwrapper and Qwikflow using Python, Flask and REST APIs. Developed and integrated transactions such as QwikRedeem, QwikCancelRedeem, QwikReload, QwikDeactivate, QwikReactivate, and QwikExpiry, which collectively accounted for approximately 35% of the business services team's workload before automation. • Recognized as Star Employer for the third quarter financial year for leading the implementation of APIs that automated the processing of transactional requests from customers, which were previously managed manually by the services team. This automation increased the card upload limit from 100 to 5000, resulting in a 50x performance improvement and significantly streamlining operations. • Led the design and implementation of advanced UI-based automation for POS terminals using UiPath. This initiative significantly optimized transaction processing in BPOS, a widely used POS terminal across our services team. By automating this process, I effectively reduced the workload of each services team member by approximately 4 hours per transaction. Leveraging UiPath Orchestrator for seamless execution, this achievement highlights my ability to innovate and streamline operations via impactful solutions. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable solutions, conducted unit, integration and regression testing, developed enhancements, and documented progress. This resulted in 30% performance improvement, 20% reduction in issue resolution time, and excelled in customer centricity. Performed continuous integration(CI), pull requests, and code reviews in BitBucket using Git.
