Purchasing All Stock and Non Stock items for the Company. Receipting of all incoming goods and inspection of all receipts. Proper Storage and preservation of all stock items. Issuance and dispatching of goods as requested by company. Maintenance of Stock records and all stores accounting procedures. Inventory Control and stocktaking. Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Managing Daily schedules, Monthly employee shifts. Assign duties to employees and oversee periodical progress. Count cash at the end of shift and manage bank deposits. Train and integrate new staff. Handle Customer and employee complaints. Resolve Conflict amongst employees. Oversee periodical maintainace of company Machinery to ensure efficiency. Responding to Delivery calls and ensure customer satisfaction. Any other duties as assigned by Head Supervisor.

Planning and scheming tasks for the week ahead. Attending to Stakeholder meetings as requested by the Project leader. Reception Work and Other duties as assigned by Superior. Running company errands issued by superiors.
