Customer Support Representative

Provide technical assistance and support to System Integration (SI), Sub-Distributor, and Distributor (Value Added Distributor - VAD). Establish the services process system (Services Support, RMA process, etc.). Develop channel partner/system integration/distributor (VAD) support skills by managing and conducting Post Sales technical training (Certified Training)/workshops regularly. Close collaborate with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner(s) and end customer support requests. Collaborate with the R&D team to conduct new product features and POC tests, help to release to the global market.

Managing the Network Infrastructure of the Globe GoWiFi Project includes optimization, software upgrades, and troubleshooting for the Network Infrastructure. Responsible for planning the Subnets to be used for both end-users and Management IPs. Experience in deploying SD-WAN of Aruba. Hands-on experience with Fortinet Firewall, Cisco products such as ACI and ASR. Hands-on experience with Aruba and Ruckus. Hands-on experience with BIG IP F5. Experience with ITIL environment.

Responsible for the implementation of whole network infrastructure of different clients locally, this includes Wireless, Routers, Multi-layer Switches, and also firewalls. Responsible as well for the Level 2 troubleshooting and Provide Proof of concept to our clients. Providing Documentation includes configuration, topology and configuration Guide to our customers. Building and Implementing from Scratch Hands-on experience in Routing, Switching. Hands-on experience in Huawei Products such as Switches, Firewalls and Routers.
