I help Web3 teams design token models that are built to work beyond TGE.

My focus is on the parts of tokenomics that matter most in practice: 
token launch strategy, distribution design, incentive systems, value accrual, emissions, fundraising, and buying/selling pressure analysis.  

Over the last 4+ years, I’ve worked across token model design, fundraising strategy, exchange listing strategy, and protocol-level incentive architecture — helping clients collectively raise over $60M and designing 50+ token models.  

Before Web3, I worked as a management consultant at Deloitte, advising companies such as Ferrari, Petronas, Maserati, and Kraft Heinz. That background shaped the way I approach tokenomics today: not as abstract theory, but as a business design problem where incentives, capital, and market structure must actually hold together.  

I currently serve as Head of Tokenomics at Web3 Factory and also advise projects independently across Layer 1, DeFi, AI, and broader Web3 verticals.
