Strategically hedged FX deals in spot and forward markets while ensuring the business has enough funds to pay out deals due. Analyzed client flow in a specific currency and proposed hedging processes to save more than £50,000 annually in cost. Helped team to exceed annual revenue target by 40% for FY 23. Achieved $8.4m in revenue versus a target of $6m. This won the Treasury Team the 'Team of the year' award at OFX’s annual award ceremony. I was the local economist within the UK and Europe assisting sales, dealing, and marketing teams with market insight and information. Conducted FX swaps to help manage OFX’s forward book exposure and liquidity daily. Also assisted operations to ensure we are holding the required amount in each currency for regulatory safeguarding purposes. Brought on the first two enterprise partnerships in UK/Europe for OFX and managed them on a day-to-day basis. The two enterprise partners were an ecommerce funding platform and an equity share sale platform that both operate globally. Enterprise partners use OFX’s integrated API solution and will generate over $500k profit. I helped to run the UK/European partnerships team with the Head of Partnerships for Europe by taking part in interviewing candidates, training the new members of the team, and being a line manager to partnership managers in the UK.
