Product Manager

As a member of the Mortgage Analytics team, I created and managed business analytics for various stakeholders using SQL coding and data modeling. I used my skill set and financial knowledge to support the asset management of the Banks portfolio through credit analysis, statistical modeling, customer risk metrics, and operational risk oversight. I led the management of key Product models such as Collateral & Credit risk management on assets collecting over six hundred thousand in revenue for the bank and almost a billion dollar collateral release for the customers.

Due to my creative analytical skills I was offered a position as an Underwriter working closely with the manager of the firm. Conducted preliminary risk analysis on over 1000 electronic applications to create a loan value based on collateral and principal guidelines. Created and consolidated documents that assisted loan officers with their day to day operations. Did market research for specific company goals such as expansions into new territory, hiring a marketing firm for outsourcing company marketing of a million dollar budget.

The Bat ambassador role developed leadership, project management and communication skills. Promoted and hosted the BAT on campus. Engaged with the global ambassador community from various universities. Inducted into the Ambassadors Hall of Fame for October 2013, my position was #1 among the Americas, having 200+ exam takers at DePaul University.
